A recipe to start the day right.  Simple, wholesome and a nourishing breakfast bowl !!


  • Organic Hard boiled Eggs x 2
  • Baked Sweet potatoes x 1-2 (with Dukkah or Sesame seeds )
  • Steamed Broccolini 
  • Hulled Tahini 
  • Three kinds of Seasonal fruits :
  1. Blueberries or strawberries
  2. Pomegranates
  3. Mangoes or PapayaHulled tahini    


  • Boil the eggs for 5-6 minutes on Medium heat.
  • Meanwhile in a steaming basket, steam the broccolini
  • You can pre-bake the sweet potatoes a night before. 
  • Start placing them in your favourite bowl/platter: Eggs, sweet potatoes, broccolini and seasonal fruits
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on the Eggs
  • Pour generous amount of Tahini on Broccolini and Sweet Potatoes
  • Sprinkle Dukkah or Sesame seeds on  Sweet Potatoes
  • Enjoy the colour in your bowl and relish each bite.
