• MCT oil, Vetiver Essential oil, Lavender Essential oil, Cedarwood Essential oil, Frankincense Essential oil.

Apply

• Pulse Points (Wrist, Inside of Elbow)
• Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth slowly.
• to soles of feet and behind your neck before bed
